Neal has got to be one of the most underrated guitarists of all time, if not the most. His work has spanned decades. From his start as the other guitarist in Santana, to forming Journey, one of the most successful rock bands of all time. He also has released several awesome Jazz and Blues albums in addition to albums with other artists outside of Journey.
